St John Capital performed Independent Valuations related to DCT Holdings Ltd (“DCT”) and Axiz (Pty) Ltd Non-SA Operations (“Axiz Non-SA Ops”) and acted as an independent expert to Alviva Holdings Ltd (“Alviva”) as required by the Companies Act in respect of the Specific Repurchase of 6.5 million Alviva Treasury Shares being an Affected Transaction and implemented by way of a Scheme of Arrangement in terms of section 48(8) and 114 of the Companies Act.

St John Capital performed Independent Valuations using the income approach and the market approach focusing on the key value drivers and acted as independent expert to Alviva as required by the Companies Act.
